  • Why am I being blocked via a popup?
    The pop up that is blocking you from the website identifies Ad-block users in order to give them the choice to either deactivate their Ad-blocker or help support the website with a small contribution of $2.99 a month which gets distributed to all the sites you visit with an ad-blocker.
  • Why am I still blocked for using Adblock although I subscribed to pelcro?
    - Please make sure you have recently logged into your Dashboard and then visit our partner sites again.
    - If the popup still appears, please subscribe to our Adblock filter list and un-subscribe from all others such as EasyList. Our filter lists blocks ALL ads as we are not affiliated with any advertisers like most filter lists. Below is a link to our filter list, folow this link to watch a video tutorial.

    - If none of this works. Please make sure 3rd party cookies are enabled on sites you visit on your browser. Otherwise we will not be able to identify you as a user.

  • Will the popup stop showing if I register?
    Yes, as soon as you register and enter your credit card, you will not longer get blocked via the popup. You should revisit the sites that were blocked via our popup and refresh the page.
  • What type of payment can I use?
    We support VISA and Mastercard and plan to support bitcoin soon, we will collect your credit card information and charge you retroactively.
  • Is it secure?
    It is the most stringent level of security given that we are supported by Stripe, the leading provider of payments on the internet. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1.
  • I forgot my password, what do I do?
    Use this page to reset your password.
  • Can I use private browsing?
    Unfortunately if you use private browsing, we will not be able to identify you as our paying user. So please turn of private browsing while visiting any of our partner sites.
  • How to cancel my ad-free experience subscription?
    We are very sad to see you go, we would to hear your thoughts on why you are leaving. Just drop us a message here. Login to your dashboard and follow the payment page link. You will find a link to un-subscribe in the bottom of the page.
